Chris Brown Extradited By U.S. Marshals To Washington D.C. For Trial

Chris Brown is currently enroute Washington D.C. after being extradited by U.S. Marshals yesterday from Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Chris Brown will likely arrive in D.C. by Sunday due to the many stops the aircraft carrying him will make.

Chris will be in D.C. for a hearing Monday where his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the charges dismissed because he believes prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case.

Chris Brown assault trial in Washington D.C. is scheduled to start on April 17. This could mean the “Loyal” singer will sit in a D.C. jail until his trial.
