Vybz Kartel Lawyer Speaks “We Had Some Success” [VIDEO]

Tom Tavares Finson

Vybz Kartel lead attorney Tom Tavares-Finson says the defense team had some success despite four of the five accused men being found guilty of murder.

Speaking with reporters on Thursday night, Tavares-Finson says he is very disappointed with the verdict although he accepts the jury’s decision.

DETAILS: GUILTY .. Vybz Kartel Convicted Of Murder

“It has been a good process because it is a benchmark case because a lot of the evidence were new, new technology, the preparation was new… a lot of it was new to us,” Tavares-Finson said.

“Our success, because we feel like we had some success, rested on the fact that we operated as a team,” he added.

Tom Tavares-Finson says the defense attorneys will be sitting down to assess where they went wrong and also figure out the basis of their appeal.

The VOICE and Text messages EVIDENCE is very clear. Kartel is GUILY!! What he did to the young man Body? Chopped up fine and grind to mince and then burn it. What he did is absolutely HEINOUS and CRUEL! That is so sad. he will have people visit him in prison but The family of deceased does not have a body to buried their love one. how sad, how cruel.

They NEED to bring back the death penalty for this specific case.

However the strongest of the lot was the chop up text…. but then the police basically admitted it was created whilst the phone was in the custody of the police…. And you put in caps… the word evidence…. you are aware that quite a bit of CRITICAL evidence just went missing…. Dude, on a real… shut the F^&*K up!

Anybody who say he is guilty ain’t study this case from day 1 they just bad mind the prosecution witness testified and said it’s easy to manipulate voices on the evidence presented. Secondly the BBM message was sent at the date and time he was already detained and the phone was already in police custody. No murder weapon+no body+no matching DNA+ there only credible witness testified for immunity on a gun charge+ the witness wrote a letter saying he was forced to testify+ by looking at the cell phone tower records it was shown that at the time of the murder the
“victim” wasn’t even where they said he died=NOT GUILTY STOP BAD MIND THE GAZA!!!!!!!
