Tommy Lee Sparta remains behind bars this weekend after being arrested earlier this week with several other individuals on suspect of lottery scam.
On Monday, officers from the Lottery Scam Task Force converged on a house off Lady Musgrave Rd in New Kingston where they suspected lottery scam was being done.

Tommy Lee, whose real name is Leroy Russell, and six others including two females were taken into custody.
“The police are continuing their investigations into tomorrow (Saturday),” Tommy lee’s lawyer, Bert Samuels, told the Observer.
Police officers say the bust all started from a traffic stop in Kingston in which the driver of a motor vehicle gave them a fictitious name. Investigation lead them to the house where Tommy lee and others were staying.
Samuels say he remains optimistic that his client will be released soon.
