The two music powerhouse are fighting over a YouTube channel run by Pharrell called “I Am Other.”

According to Will.i.am, both himself and Pharrell achieved great distinction in music and that will caused confusion over who is behind the YouTube channel.

Pharrell fired back calling Will.i.am’s claim bogus because he is miles ahead of the Black Eyed Peas singer and producer.

According to TMZ, Pharrell is asking the judge to throw out Will.i.am’s lawsuit given his track record of multiple copyright lawsuits.

“Pharrell says Will.i.am’s track record for copyright infringement is embarrassing … saying Will.i.am’s been a defendant in nearly a dozen infringement lawsuits (including song stealing).”
