Sean Kingston explains the origin of the bass heavy single to rap-up.

“Chris was in my house one day. He was doing a painting on my wall and he heard the song and was like, ‘Yo, what record is that?’” Sean Kingston said. “I was like, ‘I think this is gonna be my first single.’ And he was like, ‘Put me on.’ I was like, ‘Man, you bullshi–ing.’ He was like, ‘Nah, put me on.’”

Kingston said while recording the single in the studio the next day, Wiz Khalifa heard it and said he wanted to be a apart of it.

“We went to the studio the next day and [Chris] did the record and I played it for Wiz and Wiz said the same thing,” Kingston added. “I never initially asked these people to go on the record. This was all organic. They wanted to be a part of the record, so it’s just a blessing.”

Sean Kingston shot the video with Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa in Malibu last month.

The reggae-fusion singer says the video will premiere on April 29.
