Snoop Dogg will go down in hip-hop history as a legend and one of the greatest emcees of all time. But now the Dogg has turned Lion and is looking to conquer reggae.

With only days away from releasing his reggae debut album “Reincarnated,” Snoop Lion is giving his fans a taste of whats to come.

Snoop Lion chronicled his spiritual journey in a two part project, a documentary film and a full reggae album, both titled Reincarnated.

After debuting the documentary in select theaters across the United States last month, Snoop is gearing up to drop the highly anticipated album.

The album saw production work from Major Lazer and collaboration from the likes of Drake, Rita Ora, Cori B, Mavado, and Popcaan.

“We were searching for true reggae music,” Snoop Lion said. “That is what this record is about, paying homage and showing love to those who created reggae music and what it was made of and what it was made for.”

The 16-track album hit stores on April 23.
