Rihanna legal battle with her ex-accountant is getting personal. A bit too personal if you ask us.
Last year Rihanna filed a lawsuit against the accounting firm that handled her finances after some serious allegations of mismanagement of her funds, over excessive commission fees, and millions of dollars in losses from her tour.
According to TMZ, the accounting firm filed a motion to interview several associates of Rihanna including her Mother, Monica Fenty, tour managers, assistants, real estate agents, laywers, and more.
The firm claims that the Bajan pop star’s mother signed her contract with them since she was a minor at the beginning of her career. They even offered to fly down to Barbados where she resides to talk with her about the case.
Rihanna asked the judge to deny the request citing that it’s designed to harassed her through her family.
The judge, however, overruled Rihanna’s objection.
