Mavado And Alison Hinds To Drop “Caribbean Girls” Remix

Mavado and Alison Hinds brings dancehall and soca together on the remix of Mavado’s smash hit single “Caribbean Girls.”

The YMCMB/We The Best singjay released a video for the JA Productions single last week to rave reviews. Alison Hinds being on the remix will only solidify the single as a true Caribbean Anthem.

Mavado’s manager Julian Jones-Griffiths recent told the Star that Alison Hinds brings a fresh angle to the already hugely popular single.

“The remix hasn’t been released as yet but we are expecting it to do well both in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Alison definitely brings a fresh angle to the song that should engage the ears of her army of Caribbean fans and bring them to the record,” Jones-Griffiths said.

In a recent interview with Urban Islandz, Mavado says fans can expect a solid performance from him at this year’s Sting.

“They wont be disappointed!,” Mavado said. “Sting is like a icon in Dancehall so even though we and the promoters sometimes have our differences its an event we try and support because there aren’t many stage shows left in Jamaica and I don’t see anyone stepping up to put on any new ones. Its tough economically to put on a show of that size so the ones that are out there trying to keep going we should try and support.”

Mavado and Alison Hinds “Caribbean Girls” remix will hit your airwaves later this month.
