Nicki Minaj returned home earlier this month to Trinidad to shoot the video for her single “Pound The Alarm,” off her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded.
It was nothing but love for the home girl from the moment she touched down at the airport in the Caribbean. Her home fans turned out in their numbers to get a glimpse of queen barbie.
“I never thought in a million years that I would ever do this,” Nicki Minaj said in her Trini accent.
The carnival themed video was shot by Benny Boom and features appearances from Machel Montano, Fay-Ann Lyons, Bunji Garlin and her hype man Scaff Beezy.
