Dancehall diva Lady Saw has teamed with Caribbean-British singer Estelle on a new single, due this summer.
Lady Saw says the two cross path at one of her concerts in Tortola, when Estelle told her she wants to work with her.
“It’s a song that’s right up my ally. When we sent it to her she said that she loved it,” Lady Saw said.
Lady Saw is no stranger to working with international artists, her 2001 collaboration with No Doubt “Underneath It All,” won her a Grammy Award for Best Performance by a Duo or Group.
Estelle has done several reggae tracks throughout her career and has in the past work with the likes of Sean Paul on a single called “Come Over.”
