Legendary singer Brian McKnight found himself on the wrong side of Chris Brown on Twitter when he took a subliminal shot at the R&B singer earlier this week.
McKnight, who is eying a comeback with some explicit music, took to Twitter to vent his frustration for being called too old for such music like “If You’re Ready To Learn.”
“Since everyone’s so opinionated I’m taking suggestions on what I should do next I’m thinking rent a lambo and beat the sh*t outta my girl…,” Brian McKnight tweeted.
Chris Brown, who assaulted his former girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 inside his Lambo, found the comments offensive and fired shots of his own.
“I see how this works now… when people’s careers get on the ‘nobody cares’ stage they use my name for publicity! Lol,” Breezy tweeted.
“Listening to “let me show you how your p works”!!!! THAT S**T IS TRASH! If you need help just ask!,” Breezy added.
McKnight also took shots at Floyd Mayweather and R. Kelly, before later tried to make amends with a more somber tweet.
“I was merely pointing out that in today’s society anything goes and WE are all to blame [in] the end,” he tweeted.
