Ninjaman, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine, as well as his son, Janiel Ballentine are jointly charged with the murder of 20-year-old Ricardo ‘Ricky Trooper’ Johnson in March 2009. Two other men, who are jointly charged with the murder, are out on bail.
