Energy God Returns To Court November 30

Energy God Elephant Man is scheduled to return to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court on November 30.

Ele is charged with electricity theft following an incident with the Jamaica Public Service in June.

The “Nuh Linga” deejay, who reported to court yesterday, had his trial date pushed back after his lawyer Linda Wright told the court that she was of the view that the matter was only scheduled for mention.

Elephant Man was arrested at his home on Hillcrest Avenue in Kingston on June 2, after it was allegedly discovered that he was using stolen electricity.

Allegations are that Elephant Man bridge his electric meter, after technicians from the JPS accompanied by police officers carried out an inspection of the deejay’s apartment. The team reportedly observed several appliances that were being powered by the stolen electricity.
