Last week we showed you flix of Rihanna parading in bikini all over Barbados and you must have been wondering how does she keep that great body in check.

Apparently the “Man Down” hit-maker is a natural hard worker. Her trainer Army Nunez has revealed that RiRi will get up at 4 a.m. to ensure she doesn’t miss out on her daily fitness routine.

“Rihanna trains as much as she can, whenever she can. This could be every day or three times a week. Her work schedule is extremely demanding, so thank goodness she’s naturally a hard-working person. We make time and find time – whether it is at 4am or 9am.”

According to her trainer, the 23-year-old Bajan beauty is even willing to work out while having her hair and make-up done.

“We always squeeze it in,” Army said.

Nunez believes that Rihanna is a natural beauty, which makes it easy for her to get toned.

“Rihanna has a gifted physique. She can become lean, get ‘baby guns’ [biceps] and firm up her core quickly,” Nunez said. “Her physique is the epitome of classic beauty, it’s feminine, strong, agile, poetic and versatile.”

The 23-year-old’s personal trainer revealed that chocolate ice-cream is RiRi’s favourite treat but she tries to eat healthy while she’s on the road.

“Chocolate ice cream is her comfort food. She says to me, ‘I need my quota’. I believe deprivation leads to disaster, so I don’t stop her – that’d be asking for trouble.”
