Celebs Reacts To Osama Bin Laden’s Death

Al-Qaeda head Osama Bin Laden has reportedly been killed after American soldiers spend a decade searching for him.

According to reports, the US is in possession of Bin Laden’s body, the reports say. President Barack Obama is due to make a statement shortly. Mr Bin Laden is top of the US most wanted list. He is accused of being behind a number of atrocities, including the attacks on New York World Trade Center and Washington on September 11, 2001.

Celebrities starting to react to the news in a mixed fashion. Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco shared his reaction to the reports on Twitter.

“Osama Dead!?!,” he tweeted Sunday. “Afghan Operation done now??? Now kill poverty, wack schools, and US imperialism…” (Lupe Fiasco’s Twitter)

Public Enemy’s Chuck D also weighed in on the breaking news via Twitter.

“USA is at it again , number one in the rankings of Killing Championships. Stealing the Gold in the Murder Olympics, and the crowd goes wild!,” Chuck D tweeted.

“New Whirl Odor,… I smell. And with all these whippings of mass distractions , Amerikkkans now can look forward to 95 cent gas and hummers.”

Virginia rapper Skillz also gave his piece on Twitter.
