Barbadian Pop star Rihanna reportedly have a secret family in Barbados and her father has decided to go public with it.
Reports surfaced online today suggesting that Rihanna has two sisters and a brother from her dad’s womanising past, The Sun can reveal.
Rihanna, real name Robyn Fenty, has two younger brothers from Ronald’s 14-year marriage to her mum Monica. But now Ronald Fenty has confirmed that Rihanna is both a younger sister and an auntie after going public with his three other children, each by different mothers.
Rihanna’s eldest half-sister is 32-year-old Kandy, said she first met the singer when she was just 15.
Despite Rihanna’s vast wealth, all three siblings are holding their own. Kandy (pictured above with her kids) works as a pharmacist’s assistant, Samantha has a master’s degree and works as a government consultant, and Jamie is a graphic artist in Barbados.
Kandy insists her daughters Brandy, 14, and 11-year-old Crystal, are very proud of their aunt.
“My girls thought she was great fun and now, of course, they love the fact their auntie is one of the most famous singers in the world. They love her music and are always singing her songs at the top of their voices,” she told The Sun
Kandy also revealed that they have been trying to keep in touch, but its been hard because of each others schedule.
“She’s very busy jetting off all over the world, and I have to work long hours, so I suppose there hasn’t been much opportunity to talk, really I’m not jealous of the fame or fortune. I live a simple life out in the country, but I’m very happy with what I have.”
“I don’t think we have very much in common, but we do have the same large forehead,” she added.
