There is no stopping hip hop mogul Jay-Z from laying more blocks on his empire. The rap icon, dubbed the King of rap, new book “Decoded” is riding the chart.

Though Jay-Z is used debuting on top of the music charts, the rap mogul will have to settle for the No. 3 spot on the New York Times’ Best Sellers list.

The emcee’s Decoded book was bested by George W. Bush’s Decision Points and Lauren Hillenbrand’s Unbroken on the publication’s Hardcover Nonfiction edition of the Best Sellers list for the week of December 5.

Additionally, the book is in the top 10 sellers on Amazon.com.

Decoded contains lyric explanations for songs such as “Public Service Announcement,” “Renegade,” “D’Evils,” “This Can’t Be LIfe,” “Beach Chair,” and many more.

Jay-Z’s popular 40/40 Club sports bar franchise has reportedly expanded into select nationwide airports by partnering with Delaware North Companies.
