Biography: Foxy Brown

Foxy Brown (born Inga Marchand September 6, 1979 in Brooklyn New York) is an American rapper of Trinidadian descent known for his solo projects and numerous collaborations and a brief stint as a part of hip-hop supergroup The Firm Brown has had many obstacles during her rise to fame because branded as the most controversial female rapper, she has released three solo albums: Ill Na Na (1996) Chyna Doll (1999) and Broken Silence (2001) After a bitter split with her record label Def Jam in 2003 Brown ended up in label limbo In 2004, childhood friend / co-workers, Jay-Z stepped down Brown to Def Jam and his Rocafella Records when he became president of Def Jam Records

Year 1998 Foxy Brown made history as the first female rapper to have a number 1 album ChynaA dollar sell over 180,000 copies in its first week

In 2005, while in the midst of recording his fourth studio album Black Roses Brown faces another difficulty when she was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss hearing loss was 100% of Brown’s hearing, but 20% were returned after an operation for to repair it after her 5th Surgery Foxy regained 999% of his hearing and promised the audience to do their best comeback in the music business with Black Roses expected to drop sometime in 2008.

These days Foxy is known more for being arrested in the eyes of the public. The rapper has had a series of legal troubles that cause us to wonder whats happening.
